Paneer Puffs with Grilled Salad


Ingredients:
1 cup grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
1 finely chopped Green Chilli
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Oregano
Salt
Eggplant Slices
Onion Slices
Zucchini thick Strips
Corn
Sweet and Chilli Thai Sauce
Butter
Method:
- Take grated paneer, chopped green chillies, red chilli flakes, oregano, salt in a bowl and make a soft and smooth dough.
- Fill a greased tart tin container with the paneer mixture and leave it to steam
- Meanwhile heat some butter in a pan and put eggplant slices, onion slices, zucchini thick strips corn in it and grill well
- Take out the steamed paneer from the tart tin container and serve it hot with the grilled salad by adding little bit of sweet chilli sauce on the salad.
