A popular Rajasthani paratha made with corn meal flour (makkai ka atta), whole wheat flour mixed with some finely chopped onion, tomatoes and other spices and pan fried like a paratha.
Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour ½ cup
Cornmeal ½ cup
Ghee 2 tb
Onions 1 n
Ginger garlic chopped 1 ts
Green chilly 3 n
Coriander chopped 1 b
Tomatoes chopped 2 n
Salt to taste
method:
Take a bowl add cornmeal, whole wheat flour, salt, ghee, mix it crumble, add grated onion, chopped ginger, garlic, mix it and add chopped green chilly, chopped coriander, chopped tomatoes(half of these are keep it aside) add water mix this like a soft dough, divide the dough into equal portions with the help of dry flour roll the dough like a sheet and add green chilly, coriander,tomatoes on top and once it roll and place the paratha on the hot griddle and cook this with ghee on both sides.
