Ingredients
chicken    4 breast fillets or cubes (Thinly sliced)
Fish sauce   4 tablespoon
Salt/pepper   to taste
Ginger/garlic paste  3 tablespoon
Oil   4 tablespoon
egg   2
flour     4 tablespoon
Chili sauce   4 tablespoon
Soya sauce    4 tablespoon
Brown sugar   2 tablespoon
Crushed chili   2 tablespoon
Lemon      ½ (squeezed)
(Chicken skewers)

Chicken on fire
Method:

Marinade the chicken in all these given ingredients. Soak the skewers in cold water for at-least one hour so That they don't burn while grilling. Put the chicken in skewers. Heat the skillet adds a little oil and grills these chicken skewers. Serve hot with sauce.
