Dahi Phulki Raita
ING:
yogurt--1/2 kg
onion--1
tomatoes--1
boiled potato--1
green chilli (chopped)--2
baking soda--pinch
gram flour(besan)--1/2 cup
black pepper powder--1tsp
salt--1/4 tsp
cumin seeds--1/2 tsp
red pepper powder--1/2 tsp
roasted cumin seeds--2 tsp
mint leaves--2 tbsp
oil as required

METHOD:
-In 1/2 cup besan add salt,cumin seeds,red pepper powder, baking soda and water and mix it well.
-In a pan add oil n make small sized "phulkian".
-Now in yogurt add some water and mix it thoroughly.
-Thinly slice onion,tomato and boiled potato.
-Add fried PHULKIAN in yogurt,salt,raoasted cumin seeds,green chilies,boiled potato,onion and tomato.
-Dish it out and garnish it with fresh mint leaves.
