Chicken fajita

Chicken fajita
Ingredients for chicken filling
Chicken julienne 250 gm
Oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chilies chopped 1 tsp
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Crushed coriander 1 tsp
Onion 1 sliced
Capsicum 1 sliced
Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
Salsa sauce ½ cup
Tortillas 6 to 8
Ingredients for salsa
Tomatoes 3 medium remove skin and chopperized
Onion 1 chopped
Garlic crushed ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Capsicum ½ finely chopped
Tomato ½ finely cubed
Method
Blend altogether except chopped capsicum and cubed tomatoes. In sauce pan heat oil add tomato mixture with capsicum and tomato cubes cook for 10 minutes until 10 minutes.
Method for chicken
Marinate chicken strips with lemon juice, garlic, cumin, green chilies, coriander, crushed red pepper, salt, heat oil in a frying pan add chicken with onion and capsicum, cook for 5 minutes till chicken tender, make individual fajita by placing chicken and vegetable mixture, grated cheese in the center of tortillas, spread with sour cream, top with salsa sauce, roll and serve.
