Aalo Qeema Paratha (ready to cook)
Ingredients:
For making dough:
Flour 2 cups
Salt ½ tsp
Milk (for kneading) as required
For Filling:
Mince ½ kg
Potato 2
Ginger garlic Paste 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Chinese Salt ½ tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Green Coriander ½ bunch
Green Chili 2
Spring Onion 1
Egg 2
Ghee for frying
Ingredients for adding in Egg:
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
For making dough:
• First of all in a bowl add 2 cups flour, ½ tsp salt along with milk as required. Knead smoothly.
For making filling:
• In one dish add ½ kg mince, 2 Potato, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp salt along with water as required and cook.
• When the water gets dried then add ½ tsp chinese salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ bunch finely chopped green coriander, 1 finely chopped green onion. Mix well and tun off the flame.
• In a bowl add 2 eggs, ½ tsp black pepper, and ¼ tsp salt. Whipped well.
• Now in a frying pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add 2 whipped eggs.
For Making Paratha:
• First of all make small paira from kneaded flour and roll with the help of rolling pin.
• After this pour filling of mince and then eggs. Now turn the corners close in one point of centre and again roll with the help of rolling pin.
• In the end freeze.
