MINCE SEEKH KABAB

MINCE SEEKH KABAB

Mince = 1/2 kg
Onion = (1 big size) or (2 medium)
Ginger= 2" piece
Garlic = 1/2 pod
Green chili = 2 to 3 
Red chilli powder= 1 tsp
salt = to taste
Cumin seed = 1tb
Coriander powder = 1tsp
Garam masala powder =1 tsp
Mace & nut meg powder ( jaifal,javetri)= 1/4 tsp
Desicated coconut = 2tb
Bread = 2 slice
METHOD ;-
First fine choperized onion+ garlic +ginger& green chilli together (plz do not make a paste),take them out in a big bowl.now choperize mince with bread & put in the same bowl.Now add all spices & desicated coconut.Mix very well into smooth mixture.then give kyla smoke.
Make long kabab & press with your fingers to give slanting marks.shallow fry them & enjoy

Meat ball shashlik
Ingredients
Mince 400 gm
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Egg beaten half
Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
Ketchup 4 to 5 tbsp
Raw Onion grinded 2 tbsp
Onion 2 cut in square cubes
Capsicum 2 cut in square cubes
Tomatoes 2 cut in square cubes
Method
Chopperize mince with all the given ingredients till smooth make into balls, put on skewers, alternating with vegetables, heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, cook meat ball skewers for 10 minutes, sprinkling tomato ketchup and Wooster sauce at intervals, serve with rice.

Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Onion 2 chopped
Green chilies 10
Mint leaves 15
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Malai 3 tbsp
Chili powder  1 tsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
Method
Put all above together in a food processer and grind well, put mixture on seekh, grill or bake, give dum of coal, serve with onion rings, tomato slices.

Lebanese Kebab
Ingredients

Beef Boti   ½ kg
ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
salt and pepper to taste 
Sugar ½ teaspoon
Soya Sauce 10 tablespoon
Red chili flakes 2 tsp
Potato 4 medium boiled and mashed
Spaghetti ½ cup boiled 
Egg beaten 2 to 4
Bread Crumbs 2 cup
Oil for deep frying

Method: 
Boil the beef boti, in garlic/ginger paste, salt, black pepper powder, sugar and soya sauce. Boil till the meat is thoroughly cooked and shred the meat and set aside. Now add mashed potato in the shredded meat and mix well. Now add the boiled spaghetti and mix well. Shape into cutlets. Beat egg with a pinch of salt and black pepper in a bowl. In a plate, put bread crumbs. Dip these Kebabs in egg and then coat them well with bread crumbs. Heat oil in a deep wok and deep fry them on medium flame till golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup.

Ingredients

meat 1 kg
Bengal gram 230 gram
red chilies 8-10
onions 4
Salt (to taste)
ginger 20 grams
whole gram masala powder 4 tablespoon
two egg (slightly beaten) 
green coriander 2 small (bunch)
green chilies 6-8
Oil for frying
water 8 cup

Method

Boil meat along with Bengal gram, red chilies, salt and ginger in 8 cups of water till the meat and Bengal gram are tender. Cook the mixture until the water has dried up. Grind the mince very finely and add gram masala and beaten egg in it and knead well. Divide into equal portions and keep aside. Mix chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves and salt. Divide into equal parts. Flatten each part of the mince, put one part of stuffing in the center and shape into small round balls. Heat oil in a shallow pan. Deep fry the kebabs, a few at a time, till crisp and brown.
For Serving
Cut small cubes of bread. Layer one kebab on top of the bread and secure with tooth pick.
Serve hot, garnished with onion rings.

Ingredients:
Mincemeat   400 gm.
Onions  2 (grinded)
Ginger garlic paste  2 teaspoon
Green Chilies  4 (chopped)
Coriander leaves  2 tablespoon (chopped)
whole spice powder 1 teaspoon
red Chili powder  1 teaspoon
Salt   to taste
Raw Papaya paste  2 teaspoon( heaped)
Egg  2 ( beaten)
Bread crumbs  1 cup
Cream   2 tablespoon
Ghee or butter or oil   2 tablespoon


Method:
Grind mince fine and mix onion grinded, ginger and garlic paste, chopped green chilies, chopped green coriander, whole spice powder, red chili powder, salt(to taste),raw papaya paste and cream. Knead well. Make in the shape of flat kebabs and Dip in beaten eggs and roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry. Fry on medium heat till the malai kebabs are golden brown. Serve with lemon slice and ketchup.

It is a popular street food. Seekh Kabab is a wonderful and spicy delicious dish. This is a popular Kabab recipe .


 Ingredients:

Chicken mince 1 kg
Onion 2 medium
Ginger finely chopped 2 tbsp
garlic finely chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilies 8 chopped
Coriander leaves 8 tbsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp, heaped
Black pepper powder 2 tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp for frying

Method:

1. Mix all above Ingredients together very well.
Keep aside for 1 hour.
2. Make in the shape of seekh kabab and in a pan heat oil, then Shallow fry it.
3. serve with ketchup, rice and salad.

Ingredients:

•        Pasanday:  1 kg
•        Red chili powder:  2 Tablespoon
•        Garam masala:  1 Tablespoon
•        Ginger:  1 Tablespoon
•        Gram flour:  4 Tablespoon
•        Garlic:  1 Tablespoon
•        Oil:  2 Tablespoon
•        Coal:  1 piece
•        Yogurt:  2 Tablespoon
•        Raw papaya:  4 Tablespoon
•        Salt:  to taste
•        Oil for cooking:  as required

Method:

1.       Marinate Pasandey with Red chili powder, Salt, Raw papaya, Yogurt,2 tablespoon oil, Garlic, Gram flour,ginger,garam masala for an hours. Then smoke it with coal. Heat the oil and shallow fry the pasanday in it.
