Toffee brownie trifle

Ingredients
Chocolate brownies 4
Ceramal chocolate bars 8 ounces chopped
Ingredients for cheese mixture
Cream cheese 8 ounces
Fresh cream whipped 1 packet
Caster sugar 4 tbsp
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Ingredients for custard
Milk 2 cups
Vanilla custard powder 2 tbsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Fruit cocktail 1 can
Method for custard
Put sugar in a pan and caramelize add milk to it, cook thicken with custard powder, remove and cool.
Method for cheese mixture
Beat cheese well with caster sugar and vanilla fold in beaten cream.
To assemble
Cut the brownies into 1 inch cubes, place half brownies in trifle bowl, moisten them with fruit syrup, pour the custard over brownies, repeat by putting brownies, fruit syrup, cream cheese mixture, fruit and chopped ceramal chocolate, decorate with whipped cream. Serve chilled.

Ingredients:
Mutton ½ kg
Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
Salt 1 tsp
Chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion (ground) 1 (large )
Yogurt 4 tbsp
Potatoes 3 (cut into cube)
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
Green chilies 2 whole
Oil ½ cup

Method:
In a pan , heat oil add ginger garlic, onion, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mutton, fry well, add chopped tomatoes and fry more, add 1 cup water cover and cook till meat tender, add yogurt and potatoes fry well, cook till potatoes tender.
Lastly add chopped coriander leaves, green chilies and all spice powder and Turn flame off.

Ingredients :
1) Lentil paste 
Green lentil 2 cup 
Soda bicarbonate 1/4 tsp 
Dipping liquid 
Heeng 1 pinch ( opt)
Water 4 to 6 glass 
Salt 2 tbsp 
2)Minced filling 
Beef minced 1/2 kg boiled 
Coriander leaves chopped 6 tbsp 
Green chilli chopped 6 tbsp
Ginger chopped finely 6 tbsp 
Garam masala powder 2 tsp 
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp 
Salt 2tsp 
3)Raita 
Yogurt 1 kg 
Salt 2 tsp 
Garlic chopped 2 Tsp 
Crushed red chilli 2 tsp 
Water 1/2 cup 
4 ) special chaat masala. 
Roasted zeera 6 tbsp 
Roasted Dhaniya 4 tbsp 
Roasted Black pepper 2 tbsp 
Roasted round chilli 12 to 16 pcs 
Method :
Soak lentil for 4 to 6 hr. strain the water .make a smooth paste in a 
blender . And then add soda n keep for 30 mins 
In a pan boil the minced beef with 2 cups water n ginger garlic paste 
for 20 min n dry the water.Let it be cool, then add coriander , green chilli, ginger,garam masala ,salt 2 tsp .mix well. 

Then take a piece of cloth ,spread lentil paste in a round shape ,in centre add minced filling ,then cover with lentil paste, then cover with cloth n press, then convert it on Ur fingers n deep fry . Make all baree like same procedure .soak in ready liquid for 30 mins. and then squeeze out with the help of centre palm . and dip in raitta .and sprinkle chaat masala .In a large bowl take 4 to 6 glass water ,add heeng in it n salt .

For making raitta, beat the yougurt with fork add salt , crushed garlic and crushed red chilli . And add 1/2 cup water .
For chat masalah roasted all 4 ingredients separately , then grind it but little crunchy form .

Ingredients

Flour 1 cup
Salt ½ tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Mustard ½ tsp
Butter 4 oz
Cheddar cheese grated 4 oz
Fine oats 2 tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Egg white 1

Method

Put flour, salt, pepper, mustard in a bowl and add the butter and rub it in till it resembles fine crumbs, stir in the cheese and mix to a dough and knead on a lightly floured surface, roll out thinly and cut in any shape and place on baking sheets. Mix together the fine oats and paprika and brush each biscuit on the tray with the egg white and sprinkle the oat-paprika mixture. Bake at 220 degrees C for 5-6 minutes or till pale in color. Cool and carefully remove with a palette knife.

Baked Lasagna on a Bun
Ingredients:
8 buns
Roasted Beef mince ½ kg
1 cup pasta sauce
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
4 lasagna strips (boiled)
1 capsicum chopped
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 c. make a v shape cut in the centre of each bun with 1 inch of bottom.
2. Remove cut portion and keep aside. 
3. Place buns on a greased baking sheet.
4. In a skillet cook beef mince over medium heat for 6-8 mins, stir in spaghetti sauce and Italian seasonings. 
5. Put lasagna sheet on bun, spoon meat sauce into buns, top with cheese mixture.
6. Cover loosely with foil.
7. Bake 20 mins, sprinkle tops with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
8. Bake uncovered 3-5 mins or until cheese is melted.
