Pasta Less Lasagna

Pasta Less Lasagna


Ingredients for white sauce:
Butter 100 gm
Flour 100 gm
Milk 1 liter
White pepper dash
Cheese as required
Cream 4tbsp
Salt dash
Water half cup
Ingredients for Chicken Mince
Breast piece 1
Garlic cloves 2
Onion 1
Green chilies 2 big
Red chilies ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Italian herbs a little
Chicken powder ½ tsp
Garlic bread cut it into crotons as required

Ingredients for Garlic Bread
Butter a little
Slices of bread as required
Salt and pepper to taste

Method for Béchamel Sauce
Take flour milk chicken powder salt and white pepper blend it in another sauce pan melt butter add the flour and milk mixture and stir occasionally once thickened , turn off flame than add cream and cheese and sat a side

Method for Mince 
Take chicken garlic cloves chilies and onion chop it in chopper. Than in another sauce pan take 4 tablespoon of oil than add the mince and cook on medium heat than add red crushed chili salt and chicken powder. When turn in golden brown color switch off heat
Method for Garlic Bread
Take butter season it than apply it on slices and bake until crunchy also add garlic, take mushroom and corn and bake it with butter garlic salt and pepper assemble every thing in a baking dish and bake for 5 mins

Chinese Shrimp Lo Mein

Chinese Shrimp Lo Mein
Ingredients:

2lbs raw medium shrimp (peeled and deveined, with tails removed)
½ cup soy sauce
8 teaspoons cornstarch
½ tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
6 garlic cloves (minced)
4 teaspoons sesame oil (divided)
2 cups carrots (shredded)
2 cups cabbage (sliced thin)
1 (15 ounce) can chicken broth
7 green onions (sliced)
12 ounces linguini (cooked and drained)

Cooking Instructions:
  
In a large bowl combine shrimp, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes. Heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a wok over high heat. Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon  reserving marinade. Add to the wok and stir fry until the shrimp are pink (2-3 minutes). Remove from the wok and set aside.
  
Add another teaspoon of sesame oil to the skillet and add carrots. Stir try for 1 minute. Remove from the wok. Add the remaining 2 teaspoons of sesame oil and add cabbage and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and the reserve marinade to the wok. Add the cooked shrimp and vegetables to the wok. Cook until the sauce has thickened (about 1 minute).

Mix the shrimp and sauce mixture with the cooked linguini and mix in green onions.

Chicken Pasta Salad

Chicken Pasta Salad


Ingredients

Water 5 cup
Pasta 2 cup
Tomato juice 1 ¼ cup
Olive oil 1 ½ tbsp
Red vinegar 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
Paprika ¾ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Ground black pepper ¼ tsp
Parmesan cheese grated ½ cup
Corn ½ cup
Coriander leaves chopped 1/3 cup
Green onions chopped ¼ cup
Green bell pepper diced 2 tbsp
Chicken breast boiled 1

Method

1. Bring water to a boil and add the pasta and cook till all done. Rinse under cold running water and drain well.
2. Stir the tomato juice, olive oil, vinegar, chili powder, paprika, salt and black pepper together. Toss it with the drained pasta and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
3. Combine the Parmesan cheese, corn, coriander leaves, spring onion, green capsicum and diced chicken breast. Combine with the chilled pasta mixture and cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.

Creamy Pasta Salad 

Pasta Salad 
Ingredients 

Apples diced 2
Walnuts chopped 1 cup (optional)
Potatoes diced 4
Raisins 1 cup
Carrots diced 2
Capsicum diced 2
Macaroni 2 cup boiled 
Greek yogurt 1 cup 
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Sugar half teaspoon 
Method

Whisk the mayo along with the yogurt, salt, white and black pepper and sugar until well mixed. Now put all vegetables, raisins and walnuts in a bowl along with the apple. Pour over the salad dressing and mix well to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
