Constipation is one of the most ordinary digestive disorders. It is most ordinary in children and older people.it is identified when bowel movements are difficult, hard, or painful. Constipation may cause abdominal pain and swelling in some people. Most cases of constipation are due to the less fiber included in diet.

If your constipation is associated to diet, however, simple additions of fiber-rich foods and non-dehydrated fluids are your best way of treatment. You should drink 6 to 8 glasses of water each day to encourage a healthy bowel. Eight ounce of milk should be mixed with about three ounces of prune juice in addition to little drops of licorice extract and should be taken in morning to treat constipation as soon as possible.

Drink each morning on an empty stomach, warm water mixed with 1 teaspoon of honey and half a lemon juice. Drink lemon juice mixed with warm water two to three times a day. Drink one liter of warm water and walk around for a few minutes instantly after waking up early in the morning.10-12 big raisins in a cup of milk and bring to boil, first eat the raisins then drink the milk. Mix 2 tsp husk seed in half cup of hot milk and drink instantly. Mix 1/4 teaspoon dry ginger powder with a pinch of asafetida and a bit of black salt in a little warm water and drink it. Fresh orange juice good for constipation patient. Fresh Pears juice is valuable in the treatment of constipation.

Must Eat Guava with seeds, it offers roughage to the diet and helps in the usual evacuation of the bowels. Two guavas must be taken every day. Eat 1 tablespoon of raw honey twice daily, in the morning and evening. Eat apple an hour after a meal to prevent constipation, Apple juice and apple cider are natural laxatives for many people. Drink it. Try eating two ripe bananas between meals. Avoid green bananas. These may relieve constipation. Eat a handful daily Raisins. Cut Refined Foods in your diet and use whole-grain cereal. Try taking 1 tablespoon of honey ,three times a day  mixed with warm water Or you can also mix 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice and 1 teaspoon honey in a glass of warm water. Dried beans are excellent sources of fiber. Try a Cup of Coffee, if you don’t like coffee try this, Mix half teaspoon Oregon grape tincture in water and drink slowly before eating for best results. Eat Sesame Seeds no more than half ounce daily, and drink lots of water as you take the seeds. mix olive oil with herbs and lemon juice or apple cider vinegar to use as salad dressing. The combination of the oil and the fiber from the salad ought to fix you right up. Take 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil in a day. Water is good for your health. Drink water at least eight glasses regularly.

If you have a baby, you know how frustrating it can be when they are constipated. To make your constipation home remedy, fill the bottle three fourths full. Add one fourth of the prune juice and mix completely. Give this to the baby for relief from constipation. Add one teaspoon of Milk of Magnesia into the baby's milk bottle. This can be done twice a day but beware of the results. Add in one teaspoon of Karo syrup into your formula or breast milk. Give this to the baby for quick results. Rub the Vaseline on the baby's bottom. This will help the stool to come out.
