Ingredients:
250g pasta (preferably farfalle type)
1 / 2 broccoli
1 can of Mexican vegetable mix
Greek yogurt
black pepper
chilli powder
method
Temper cooked pasta. Cook for about 3 minutes divided into small florets broccoli, then stir it in pasta, add remaining ingredient and serve.
Suggestions: Before serving you can pre-chill salad for a while. In my opinion it tastes better when cooler.
