Buffalo wings with Bufflao Sauce


Buffalo wings

Buffalo wings
Ingredients

Chicken wings 1 kg (cut into halves)
Salt 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Cooking oil (for frying)

Ingredients for Batter

Flour 2 cup heaped
Eggs 4
Milk 1 cup
Water (as required)
Salt 1 teaspoon
Chinese salt 1 teaspoon
Pepper 1 teaspoon
Cooking Oil 4 tablespoon
Corn flour 4 tablespoon
Self-raising flour 8 tablespoon

Method for Batter:

In a bowl mix all together Flour, eggs, corn flour, self-raising flour, milk, cooking oil, salt, Chinese salt, black pepper with water.

Method for Buffalo wings:

Marinate chicken wings with salt and black pepper, dip in prepared batter, roll in self raising flour and deep fry. Lastly cook in prepared buffalo sauce.

Ingredients

Oil 2 tablespoon
Tomato paste 2 tablespoon
Crushed garlic 2 tablespoon
Chili garlic sauce 6 tablespoon
Ketchup 6 tablespoon
Vinegar 6 tablespoon
Water ½ cup


Method:

Heat oil in pan, add crushed garlic and fry till golden, add ketchup, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, tomato paste and water, cook till thick. Buffalo sauce is ready.
