Spaghetti italiano
Ingredients
Mince 8 ounce
Onion chopped 2 tbsp
Tomatoes 2 blended
Tomatos puree 2 tbsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Mushrooms sliced 4
Cheddar cheese grated 3 tbsp
Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Chopped parsley 1 tbsp
Boiled spaghetti 3 cups
Method
Heat oil fry onion till soft, add garlic with mince, cook for 5 minutes add in all the seasonings with blended tomatoes, tomatoes puree and 2 cups water, cook till mixture thick and mince tender, fold in the boiled spaghetti, remove in a dish, top with slices of mushrooms, sprinkle cheese, grill for 5 minutes till cheese melts, serve with garlic bread.
